Individual Therapy
This service is for adults and is provided virtually or in person with the initial session lasting 60 minutes. In this session, the therapist will gain insight into the client's goals by exploring the client's current presenting challenges and facilitating the treatment plan (goal setting). The following session will be 50 minutes.
Couples Therapy
This service is for couples that are willing to work together with the therapist to increase the health of their relationship with one another. The initial session lasts 60 to 75 min. In this session, the therapist will ask open-ended questions to gain insight into the relationship and assist both partners come to an agreement on the goals for healing their relationship. The sessions that follow will be 60 minutes.
Qualified
Clinical Supervision
We provide clinical supervision for LMHC interns only, seeking licensure in the state of Florida. Individual and group sessions are available in person and virtually.
